Terms and Conditions for customers booking studios on ShootSphere:
- Introduction
Welcome to ShootSphere, operated by M2M Business Service Pvt. Ltd. By using our platform to book a studio, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
- Eligibility and Account Registration
Customers must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
All account details must be accurate and up to date.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Any misuse of an account may lead to suspension or termination of services. - Booking and Payment Terms
A valid payment method must be provided at the time of booking.
Prices listed are determined by studio owners and may change without prior notice.
A booking confirmation will be sent via email/SMS once payment is received.
Booking is valid only for the date and time selected. Extensions may be requested, subject to availability and additional charges. - Cancellations and Refunds
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
• Cancellations made before the booking date will receive a full refund (Varies from studio to studio).
• Customers may reschedule their booking subject to studio availability.
• No-shows will not be eligible for any refund.
Studio-Initiated Cancellations:
• If a studio cancels a booking, the customer is entitled to:
• A full refund or
• An option to book another studio of equivalent value.
• Frequent cancellations by a studio will result in penalties for the studio owner.
Refund Process:
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take longer depending on the customer’s bank/payment provider.
- Studio Usage Guidelines:
Customers must adhere to the studio’s rules, including time limits, guest policies, and equipment usage.
Any damage, theft, or loss caused by the customer will be charged to them.
Studios must be left in the same condition as they were found.
Overstaying beyond the booking time may result in additional charges. - Prohibited Activities:
Customers may not use the studio for:
• Illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Pornographic, obscene, or offensive content creation.
• Dangerous activities without prior approval.
• Activities that violate the studio owner’s policies.
If any prohibited activity is detected, ShootSphere reserves the right to cancel the booking without a refund and ban the customer from future bookings.
- Liability and Disclaimer
ShootSphere is a marketplace connecting customers with studio owners and is not responsible for the condition, safety, or availability of any studio.
Customers assume all risks associated with using the studio, including injuries, accidents, or property damage.
Customers agree to indemnify ShootSphere against any legal claims, disputes, or losses arising from their use of a studio. - Security Deposits and Damage Charges
Some studios may require a security deposit, which will be refunded after the booking, provided no damages occur.
Any damages must be reported immediately. If damage occurs, customers will be liable for repair costs, which may be deducted from the security deposit. - Customer Conduct and Responsibilities
Customers must respect the studio staff, owners, and other guests.
Noise levels should be kept within permissible limits.
Customers must comply with all local laws and studio policies.
ShootSphere reserves the right to remove or ban any customer engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior. - Privacy and Data Protection
ShootSphere collects customer data for booking purposes only and does not share it with third parties without consent.
All payment transactions are secured using encryption technology.
By using ShootSphere, customers agree to our Privacy Policy (linked separately). - Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
ShootSphere shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms).
• Government actions or regulations.
• Strikes, power failures, or internet outages.
- Dispute Resolution and Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes regarding bookings must be reported to ShootSphere’s customer support team first.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Gurugram, India.
Customers agree to resolve disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action. - Amendments to Terms and Conditions
ShootSphere reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Customers will be notified via email or platform announcements in case of major changes.
Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms. - Contact Information

Terms and conditions for studio owners while enlisting their studio on ShootSphere:
- Scope of Agreement
The Studio Owner agrees to list and rent their studio space through ShootSphere’s platform.
ShootSphere provides an online marketplace, payment processing, and marketing for the studio.
The Studio Owner retains ownership of their studio and is responsible for its management and upkeep.
- Listing & Maintenance
The Studio Owner will provide accurate details, pricing, and images for their listing.
The Studio must be well-maintained, clean, and available as per the listed schedule.
ShootSphere reserves the right to suspend or remove a listing if it is misleading or violates platform policies.
- Commission & Payments Revenue Sharing: ShootSphere will retain 7% commission on each successful booking.
Payouts:
Until September 30, 2025: Payments to the Studio Owner will be processed weekly on Mondays.
From October 1, 2025, onwards: Payments will be processed monthly.
Taxes & Fees: The Studio Owner is responsible for applicable GST or other local taxes. ShootSphere may deduct necessary service charges. - Booking, Cancellations & Refunds Booking Process: Customers book studios via ShootSphere. The Studio Owner must confirm availability promptly.
Cancellations:
If a customer cancels, they will receive a full refund or the option to choose an alternative studio.
If the studio cancels:
The studio owner must provide a full refund to the customer.
The studio’s ranking on ShootSphere’s website may be impacted as a result of the cancellation.
Additional penalties may apply, including potential removal from the platform for repeat cancellations. - Liability & Insurance
The Studio Owner is responsible for any damage, accidents, or legal issues occurring at their premises.
ShootSphere is not liable for disputes between the Studio Owner and the customers.
The Studio Owner may opt to get insurance at their discretion, but ShootSphere is not responsible for providing insurance at this time.
- Content & Marketing Rights ShootSphere has the right to use studio images for promotional and marketing purposes.
The Studio Owner can request removal of specific images by providing written notice. - Code of Conduct The Studio Owner must provide a safe, professional, and discrimination-free environment.
Illegal activities, abusive behavior, or repeated complaints can lead to termination. - Termination & Breach of Contract
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
Any active bookings at the time of termination will be honored by the Studio Owner, and services will be provided as agreed.
All outstanding payments due to ShootSphere or the Studio Owner shall be settled within 30 days of the termination of the Agreement.
ShootSphere reserves the right to suspend or blacklist a studio for fraud, repeated complaints, or policy violations.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation and mediation.
If unresolved, the dispute will be subject to arbitration under [Indian Arbitration Act], with jurisdiction in Gurugram.
- Miscellaneous This Agreement does not establish an employer-employee or joint venture relationship.
Any modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
This Agreement is governed by Indian law. - Facilities Provided by Studio The Studio Owner agrees to provide basic amenities, including:
• A clean and accessible washroom for customer use during the booking period.
• Drinking water facilities, available to customers using the studio. - Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared in the course of this Agreement, including but not limited to business plans, financial information, studio details, customer information, and any proprietary data.
This confidentiality obligation will remain in effect both during the term of this Agreement and for a period of 2 years after its termination.
The Studio Owner agrees not to disclose, distribute, or use any confidential information for purposes other than those specified in this Agreement without prior written consent from ShootSphere.
The confidentiality obligation will not apply to information that:
• Is already in the public domain at the time of disclosure.
• Becomes available to the public through no fault of the receiving party.
• Is disclosed pursuant to a legal obligation or court order.
In case of any breach of confidentiality, appropriate legal actions will be taken against the violating party to protect the interests of the disclosing party.
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Studio Owner agrees to comply with all local, state, and national regulations, including but not limited to health and safety standards, permits, licenses, and tax obligations, while operating their studio.
ShootSphere shall not be held responsible for any failure of the Studio Owner to adhere to applicable laws and regulations. The Studio Owner acknowledges that they are solely responsible for ensuring their business operations are in full compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
