Reservation Policy

ShootSphere Reservation Policy for Customers

Booking Types

A. Instant Booking

  • Customers can book the studio immediately without waiting for studio owner's approval.
  • The booking is confirmed instantly once payment is completed.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email and booking details right away.
  • Standard cancellation and refund policies apply as per the studio’s terms.

B. Approval-Based Booking

  • Some studios require approval from the owner before confirming a booking.
  • Owners must approve or decline within 12 hours (or a set timeframe chosen by the studio).
  • If approved, the customer receives a confirmation email and the booking is locked in.
  • If declined or no response is received, the booking request is canceled, and payment is refunded.

Payment Terms

  • For Instant Booking, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • For Approval-Based Booking, payment is held until confirmation or cancellation.
  • Customers will be notified via email/SMS about the status of their booking.

Modifications & Cancellations

  • Changes must be made through the ShootSphere platform.
  • Refunds will be processed as per the studio’s cancellation policy.

No-Show Policy

  • No refund will be issued for no-shows.
  • Studios may report no-shows, which could affect future bookings.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time and use the studio within the booked timeframe.
  • Follow the studio’s rules and guidelines.
  • Respect the space; any damage may result in additional charges.
