ShootSphere Pricing & Payment Policy:
- Pricing Structure:
• Studio owners set their pricing for bookings. Prices may vary based on studio size, location, amenities, and peak hours.
• The final booking price includes:
• Studio rental fee (as set by the owner).
• ShootSphere’s service fee (included in the total price).
• Applicable taxes (if any).
• The total price is displayed at checkout before confirming the booking. - Payment Terms:
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payments are securely processed through [payment gateway name], ensuring data protection and fraud prevention.
• Accepted payment methods include:
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, etc.)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Net Banking
• Wallets - Payouts for Studio Owners:
• ShootSphere charges a 5% commission on every successful booking.
• Payouts are processed every Monday until September 30, 2025, and monthly thereafter.
• Studio owners can track their earnings and request withdrawals via the ShootSphere dashboard.
• Payouts are transferred to the registered bank account after deducting the platform commission. - Refund & Cancellation Payments:
• Refunds are processed based on the studio’s cancellation policy.
• If a customer cancels, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• If a studio cancels, the customer receives a 100% refund or can rebook another studio.
• If a studio cancels within 48 hours of the booking, a ₹1000 penalty applies, deducted from the next payout.;
Common Payment Errors & Solutions:
A. Payment Declined
Possible Causes:
• Insufficient funds
• Card expiry or incorrect details
• Bank server issues
Solutions:
• Check balance and retry the payment
• Use an alternate payment method
• Contact the bank to enable online transactions
B. Payment Stuck or Processing for Too Long
Possible Causes:
• Slow internet connection
• Payment gateway delay
Solutions:
• Wait for 10-15 minutes and check your email for confirmation
• If no confirmation, check with your bank if the payment was debited
• Contact ShootSphere support with transaction details
C. UPI Transaction Failure
Possible Causes:
• UPI ID incorrect
• UPI daily limit exceeded
Solutions:
• Verify the UPI ID and try again
• Use another payment method or wait for the daily limit to reset
D. Amount Deducted but Booking Not Confirmed
Possible Causes:
• Payment gateway timeout
• Technical glitch
Solutions:
• Check your email/SMS for booking confirmation
• If not received within 30 minutes, contact ShootSphere support with transaction details for a refund or booking confirmation
E. Pricing Adjustments & Offers
• ShootSphere reserves the right to offer promotional discounts, cashback, or coupons at its discretion.
• Studios may provide seasonal discounts or hourly packages, which will be reflected in the final price.
F. Dispute Resolution for Payments
• If a customer faces payment issues or incorrect charges, they can contact ShootSphere Support at [support email/contact].
• Disputes related to refunds, overcharges, or payout delays will be resolved within 5-10 business days.
